Design for Good

I am a strong advocate for socially conscious design. At a foundations level, students are introduced to the concept of “design for good.” Whether it’s creating a poster on a burning social issue or design for non-profit partners, my hope is to distill in them a passion for design as a tool for positive change.

No discussion on “design for good” would be complete without this call to action from James Victore (my spirit animal). I show this in class ALL the time. It still gives me goosebumps.
